How can I get a price for a compound?
The actual prices are listed in the online database which can be searched by name, part of the name, formula, CAS#, or product#. Please inquire a price by e-mail (info@synchem.de), if the compound is listed without a price.
Please do not send orders without having a price!

How long does it take to get a quote?
We allways try to quote asap after receiving your inquiry. You can shorten the time, if you
add our catalog# (eg CDP...) to your inquiry.

How much is the shipping charge?
All international freight will be send by courier.
You have two possibilities:
You have an FedEx#?
=> Please add your FedEx# to the information on your order sheet. We will bill all shipping and custom charges to your FedEx#. This is probably the cheapest version.
You don`t have a FedEx#?
=> In this case we will prepay and add freight & insurance charges to the bill. Courier will be General Overnight or FedEx. The actual prices for gram quantities are:
- 30,- EUR for Germany
- 40,- EUR for old EU Europe
- 50,- EUR for Switzerland
- 60,- EUR for USA & Canada
- 120,- EUR rest of the world
The administrative work to ship some chemicals has grown up very fast in the last few years. Therefore we are forced to add an international handling charge of
to each shipment.

How can I order?
We accept only written orders (fax, e-mail or mail). Your order must contain the following data:
- shipping and billing address (incl. phone#, fax# and e-mail)
- the name of the responsible person for order
- your PO#
- your FedEx# (please have a look into "shipping charges")
- your Value added tax# (for European Union countries)

How long does it take to get the compound?
You will receive stock items latest three working days after your order. For non stock items you will receive information about the expected delivery time immediately.

How can I pay?
Payment can be done either by check, by wire transfer or by credit card. The address for sending a check as well as the bank information is given on the invoice. The invoice will be send by all international orders by fax and by mail.

What about the purity of the compounds?
Our compounds have normally a purity of at least 95%. If a special compound has a lower purity, the information will be given in the substance detail (technical grade).
